The first time when we meet up, he did not turn up and when we called him, he said he forgot about it. The second time when we meet up, he did not turn up and said his mother is sick and hence he needs to look after her. The third time we meet up, he did not contribute to our research except checking up on the Aloha Resorts. Also, he takes nap (5mins or more) during our meetings claiming that he is sick. When we delegate our work, he is supposed to type out the service and facilities into paragraphs with our ideas in it. We sum up all the services and facilities so all he has to do was to put them into sentences with justifications and some details. We assigned the work on Monday and he PROMISED to send us by Monday NIGHT so that we can start on our respective work. However, he failed to do so. We gave him another chance, and set the deadline on Tuesday NIGHT, but he failed to do so again. His reason (or rather excuse) was that he was SICK and TIRED. He knows that we NEED his part to continue on our Factsheet and Organisation Part, however he took his OWN SWEET TIME to do it. On Wednesday, I reminded him to send me his part in the evening but he claims that he needs time to travel back and continue with the report. So we compromised and set the deadline at 10pm. When I asked him for the report at 10.30pm, he told me he FELL ASLEEP AFTER HE REACHED HOME and needed more time to finish it. At around 11.30pm, I demanded him to send me what he has finished. He sent me an unfinished report with poorly described details. On Thursday DAWN, he finally sent the report to Siying. Because of his laziness and irresponsiblities, we only had ONE day for us to finish up the report.
