I cannot tolerate stupidity. I am impatient and I don't take shit. If you cannot perform up to my expectations, I will not think twice to mark you down. You ought to be more responsible in meeting deadlines and I'm sure you are well aware that the rest of the group cannot proceed without your part, yet you took your own sweet time to do it when the deadline is in 2 days time. Where were you when we were writing reports, discussing and brainstorming? Sleeping on your comfy bed? Whatever. You better be prepared, I'm straightforward and tactless, so you better pray hard for you appraisal.
